This program explores the depth of the string orchestra literature, from Mozart's delightful Eine Kleine Nachtmusik to Mahler's probing Adagietto. Copland's Clarinet Concerto is both achingly sublime and full of sass. It's a dazzling tour de force for GCSO Principal Clarinetist J.C. Barker.
